Every submission must be free of:

• Copyright infringement
• Trademark infringement
• Unauthorized characters or franchises
• Unauthorized music
• Unauthorized voices
• Unauthorized likenesses or impersonation

Prohibited Content

• Non-consensual deepfakes
• Pornographic content or sexual exploitation
• Any content involving the exploitation of minors
• Extreme graphic violence
• Hate speech, harassment, or credible threats
• Illegal or dangerous prohibited material

Platform Integrity

• Fraudulent or intentionally deceptive content
• Spam
• Stolen or re-uploaded movies
• Duplicate mass uploads
• Misleading metadata (titles, posters, genres, or ratings that misrepresent the content)

What XANION Can Do

XANION reserves the right to approve, reclassify, request changes, reject, suspend, or remove any content that violates these guidelines, at any stage — before or after publication. See Moderation and Appeals for the process.
