Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create a XANION account. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@velatrontoken.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

XANION is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing. You agree not to redistribute, re-upload, publicly perform, or resell any XANION content.

Viewing Rights & Digital Access

Unlocking a movie grants you a personal, non-transferable license to stream that title through your XANION account — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying work. Access is tied to your account, not a download you can copy elsewhere.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use XANION in accordance with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable law.

Prohibited Activity

• Circumventing content protection or access controls
• Scraping, mass-downloading, or automating access to the catalog
• Uploading content you don't have the rights to (see Content Guidelines)
• Interfering with the platform's operation or security

Intellectual Property

XANION and its licensors retain all rights to the platform itself. Creators retain rights to their own submissions, subject to the license granted to XANION under our Creator Terms.

Content Availability

Titles may be removed from the catalog due to moderation action, creator subscription lapse, or other reasons. If you've already unlocked a title, it remains accessible to you unless removed for legal or safety reasons.

Payments

Purchases on the XANION website are processed through Stripe. See Payments & Refunds for details on how charges and refunds work.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Content Guidelines, or Community Guidelines. You may delete your own account at any time from Account Settings.

Disclaimers

XANION is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not responsible for the accuracy of creator-submitted content beyond our stated review process.

Disputes
