• Account information — name, email, and password (handled securely by Firebase Authentication)
• Device & usage information — browser type, general device info, and how you interact with XANION
• Purchase activity — which titles you unlock, the amount you chose to pay, and when
• Viewing activity — which titles you preview or watch, used to keep your Library accurate
• Creator information — for creator accounts, submission and payout details
• Payment-related information — handled directly by Stripe; XANION never sees your full card number

How We Use It

• To sign you in and show your Library of unlocked titles
• To process payments securely through Stripe
• To pay creators their share of what you paid for their movies
• To respond to support requests and enforce our policies
• To improve the catalog and platform over time

Who We Share It With

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and hosting, and Stripe for payment processing. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

Security

We rely on Firebase Authentication and Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure to protect your account and payment details. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

Data Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained even after account deletion, since creators are paid based on real transaction history — see Delete Account.

Your Rights

You can access or correct your account information from Account Settings, and request deletion of your account at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or export your data — contact us to exercise them.

International Users

XANION is hosted on infrastructure that may process data outside your home country. By using XANION, you consent to this transfer, consistent with applicable data protection law.
