Creator Eligibility

Anyone can attempt to publish on XANION, subject to our review process. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information.

Uploads

XANION supports films, series, shorts, and cinematic experiences. Every submission must pass technical review before entering content review. See Moderation.

Ownership & Licensing

You retain ownership of your submissions. By publishing on XANION, you grant XANION a license to host, stream, and display your content to viewers who purchase or preview it. You must confirm:

"I confirm that I own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions and consents for the video, images, music, voices, characters, trademarks, likenesses and other materials contained in this production."

"I understand that XANION may review, restrict, reclassify, reject, suspend or remove content that violates XANION policies, third-party rights or applicable law."

AI Disclosure

You must accurately label your submission as AI Generated, AI Assisted, or Hybrid AI Production — see our AI Content Policy.

Content Standards

All submissions must comply with our Content Guidelines.

Pricing & Previews

Viewers choose what they pay per title, from $5 to $20 — creators do not set a fixed price. Every title must include a free preview.

Revenue & Platform Fees

XANION's platform commission is 12% of net receipts on every sale. Your actual proceeds may also be affected by payment-channel fees, taxes, refunds, and final payout rules — see Payments & Refunds for details. Publishing requires a $10/month creator subscription, with the first month free. If your subscription lapses, previously sold titles remain accessible to buyers, but you cannot publish new paid content until you resubscribe.

Payments & Taxes

Creator payouts are calculated automatically from real transaction data and remitted on a regular schedule. You're responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your earnings.

Moderation & Copyright Claims

Content that violates our guidelines or receives a valid copyright complaint can be suspended or removed — see Moderation, Copyright Complaints, and Appeals.

Account Termination

We may terminate a creator account for repeated or severe violations. You may stop publishing and close your creator account at any time.
