Creators publishing on XANION remain fully responsible for securing the rights to every asset used in their productions — AI-generated or otherwise. Submitting a title to XANION is not a substitute for owning or licensing what's in it.

What This Covers

• Copyright — the underlying video, audio, and visual work
• Trademarks — brand names, logos, and marks referenced in a production
• Music licensing — any music, score, or sound recording used
• Character / IP rights — third-party characters, franchises, or fictional universes
• Voice rights — cloned, synthesized, or performed voices
• Image / likeness rights — any real person's appearance
• Publicity rights — commercial use of a person's identity
• Third-party footage — any pre-existing video incorporated into a submission
• AI-generated assets based on protected properties — including AI outputs that closely reproduce copyrighted characters, art styles, or footage
