How purchases work
All movie unlocks on the XANION website are processed securely through Stripe. XANION never sees or stores your full card number. You choose how much to pay per title, from $5 to $20, at the time of purchase.
Web purchases vs. app access
The XANION iOS app is a free viewing companion — it does not process payments. All purchases happen on the XANION website; once purchased, a title is available from any device signed into your account, including the app.
Refunds
Refund requests for web purchases are handled case by case — contact contact@velatrontoken.com with your account email and the title in question. We don't guarantee automatic refunds; each request is reviewed individually.
If a purchase was ever made through Apple's App Store instead of the XANION website, that purchase is governed entirely by Apple's own refund policy, not XANION's — Apple purchases and web purchases are handled through separate systems.
